cyfr.tel

Terms

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of cyfr.tel, operated by Perkins Enterprises LLC (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: admin@socom.systems.

The service

You set your own cell phone to forward the calls you miss or decline to your cyfr.tel number. Depending on your settings, a cyfrAI character answers unwanted callers, and everyone else reaches your voicemail. You choose the rules on your account page and can change them or turn forwarding off at any time.

No guarantees

cyfr.tel is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but don’t promise it will always be available, catch every unwanted call, or deliver every call, voicemail, text or email. Don’t rely on it for emergencies: emergency calls should always be made directly from your phone.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending service

You can stop at any time: cancel your subscription with Manage billing on your account page, turn off forwarding on your phone, and email us if you’d like your account closed. When a subscription ends, we hold your cyfr.tel number until the last day of that month, so you can restart and keep it. After that the number is released and may go to someone else. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell account holders by email about important changes. Texas law governs these terms.
